Winter fjord cruise

Enjoy a spectacular journey by boat from Ålesund to Geiranger. Offered on selected dates from November - May. A three hours fjord cruise with magnificent scenery. A "Fjordranger" will guide you all the way and tell stories about life a long the fjord. You can choose to take the boat in and out, then you will have 2,5 hours in Geiranger. Or you could choose a one way ticket and stay in Geiranger for a night or two, and then take the bus back to Ålesund.

Hiking

Experience the beautiful nature on foot. In Geiranger there are a lot of well marked hiking routes, both for shorter and longer walks. How about a visit to the old farm Skageflå, with a majestic view of the fjord and the Seven Sisters?

Fjordsafari

Join an adrenaline-filled RIB tour – the fastest boat ride you can get! With RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) you come much closer to the famous waterfalls of the Geirangerfjord than on all the other tours. Your driver and guide stops a couple of times to let the unique scenery work its magic and to provide interesting facts about the fjord and people who used to live at the fjord farms. With a bit of luck even porpoises show themselves in the water. But anyway do not forget to bring a camera on this adventure!

Experience the new nature park in the heart of Geiranger. The tour will take you on a beautiful trip where you will climb, balance and fly through the nature. The park is situated along the Geiranger river and the Dynamite waterfall. Via Ferrata, Nepal bridges and zip-lines have been build into the nature to give you a thrilling experience.

Scenic route Geiranger - Trollstigen

The road from Geiranger (Langvatn) to Trollstigen is one of 18 official scenic routes in Norway. A beautiful route that offers numerous highlights, and the eleven hairpin bends of Trollstigen as well as the view from Ørnesvingen down to the Geiranger fiord may set your pulse racing.
