Through her website, books, and social media, she has inspired thousands to find balance between activity, the joy of food, and everyday life.

During Girls' Weekend, Desiree will lead inspiring workout sessions and motivational lectures, providing practical tips on how to take care of both body and mind in a busy daily life.

Maria Abrahamsen is the psychologist behind the popular profile @psyktdeg, where she communicates psychology in an engaging and accessible way. Passionate about prevention, Maria takes a holistic approach to health. She is a sought-after speaker and bestselling author. In 2020, she received the Norwegian Psychological Association’s Communication Award, and in 2022, she was nominated in the Empowerment category at the About You Awards in Milan. Tone Solholm is one of the founders of pulskuren.no, an online community dedicated to preventative health. She is a certified Enhetsterapeut in Mastery Medicine, trained by Dr. Audun Myskja at the Center for Life Support, with a specialization in the therapeutic use of sound, voice, and singing bowls.

During Girls' Weekend, Tone invites you to participate in stress-balancing activities, including meditation, sound baths, and the ancient Tibetan rites—a movement series designed to enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Yoga and Cold Water Swimming
Join our skilled instructors, Linda and Vendela, as they guide us through various yoga sessions, meditation, sauna rituals, and—most exciting of all—challenge us to experience the invigorating effect of a dip in the icy fjord!

Pilates
Throughout the weekend, we invite you to Pilates sessions in Tårnet with the talented and inspiring Erna! Strengthen your core muscles and improve focus with Pilates.
